introduction?

the days are starting to get better i guess. i must admit i do miss the days of winter past. the days where snuggling up in a blanket was accepted. i also feel i handle the cold better, even though i do like to thrill myself with a summer swim.

im starting to appreciate life a lot more. i think these runs and walks are doing me some good.

must make haste. family guy is on.
